In Case of an Emergency...!


Detailed below is a list of appropriate points of contact that may be needed by our residents from time to time along with specific directives for certain circumstances. If there is a need to let the office know of a situation or circumstance you can use the Contact Page of the website to get in touch with us. You may want to print this list and keep a copy handy.

In any event of an emergency, call 911!

To get in touch with the Premier Association Management office you can call 952-683-9400. If we are away from the phone, you can leave a message 24/7 and your call will be returned as quickly as possible with emergency situations taking priority.

Items that you should contact the Premier Assocaition Management's After Hours number:

*Fire - Call 911 then Premier's After Hours Number

*Flood/Water Intrusion

*Storm Damage that has caused major structural problems/intrusion

*Roof Leaks - Major

PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTE: Any call to this emergency line that is deemed to not be an actual emergency could result in a charge of $25.00 to the Homeowner's account.

For any non-emergency issues such as noise issues (neighbors, people, vehicles, equipment, etc.) you can contact the Lakeville Police Department at 952-985-2800. Also, report the issue(s) to the Premier Association Management office so there will be a documented record.

If there is a vehicle blocking access to your unit, call the police to report and notify the Premier Association Management office.

Any issues/concerns regarding guest parking - call the Premier Association Management office and leave message with details. Guest parking is just that-for Guests and Guests Only!

Always Remember: If you smell gas - LEAVE the home IMMEDIATELY and call 911!

No natural gas - Call your gas company.

No electricity – Call your electricity service provider.

No water – Call the City of Lakeville Utilities Department

General Phone: 952-985-2700 or call 911 for a Water or Sewer Emergency

Plumbing and/or Sewer issues such as a back-up - Call the Plumber of your choice.

If you are experiencing issues with contractors (i.e. - plowing/mowing/shoveling/trimming, etc.) please let the Premier Association Management office know and provide details of the situation. The Premier office monitors messages during all inclement weather conditions.

Minor storm damage (i.e. siding blew off or shingle damage, etc) please leave a message at Premier Association Management office with details and crews will be dispatched after responding to all emergency situations first.

Roof Leaks – minor – call the Premier Association Management office and leave a message with details.

Pest control issues of any kind - call an exterminator of your choice. This includes ants, mice, box elders, bats, squirrels and all other pests.
