Pet Reminders

Residents of St. Frances Woods:

During the recent spring walk, we observed several dog tie offs on patios and/or front stoops. This practice is a violation of the Rules & Regulations. No animal shall be left unattended even when leashed. If a tie off is being utilized at any time, the animal must be attended and the tie off should be brought inside when not in use. This is not only for the safety of other residents but for the animal as well.

Also observed during the walk were areas of dog droppings that were not immediately cleaned up. Not only is this unsanitary but also affects the mowing of your lawn. If the landscape crew notices dog droppings they will not mow that area. They will notify Management of the issue and you will be subject to a $25 fine each time this situation occurs. The scheduled mowing day is Friday, weather permitting. Please be sure to clean up after your pet immediately.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in keeping St. Frances Woods an attractive and appealing environment.
