As an added convenience for the Residents of Homeowners Associations which are managed by Premier Association Management, we are now able to accept debit/credit card payments through a 3rd party vendor – Zego.  This will allow you to make online payments for items such as your Association Dues, Insurance Costs, and other miscellaneous fees that Homeowners are responsible for. Please note that the payments process in 3 business days. Using this service carries additional fees as follows:

Using a Debit/Credit Card: 3.5% plus a Service Fee of $2.95 (Total rounded to next $0.95 increment.)

Pay Using Checking Account via ACH: $2.95*

Calling PayLease & Make Phone Payment: $9.95**

*One note to consider regarding using an ACH Payment with PayLease – You are able to make a payment using ACH by calling the Premier Association Management Office and can do so for free.

**To make a payment via phone, you can do so by calling 1-866-729-5327 and choosing Option 1.

To make a payment, you may visit https://payments.gozego.com/login/resident?crd=1&vpw=1920 or you may click on the Button here labeled "Make Payment".

Please be aware that to begin using this option you will have to register before you are able to make payments. Please fill out the Registration Form completely as this will avoid any confusion when we process your payment. When creating a new account, you will need to provide specific information including your name, address, phone number, house number, email address and also create a password. The last field, which is of great importance, is the field labeled "Association". In this field, you may type in the first 3 letters, "STF", hit enter then click 'Select' for St. Frances Woods.

Once you create your account you will want to jot down the email address you used to setup your account as well as the password because you will need these two items to log in to the payment system in the future.

Additional information regarding this service is also outlined in the below flyer.
