Homes for Sale/Rent - Signs & Disclosure Info.

If you are selling you home we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines regarding the For Sale or For Rent signs.

Please note that you are allowed only two signs for advertisement of your home placed on the home itself and the common area. The signs may be larger than five square feet (5 SqFt.).

However, we do understand that if your home is for sale and you have an open house that the officiating Realtor(TM) may have additional signs pointing to your home but as a rule, these signs will be removed immediately after the open house.

If you're selling your home - a very important side note! Please make sure your Realtor(TM) gets in touch with the Management Office to order your Disclosure Packet prior to listing the home.
